2 kwietnia rozpoczną się prace związane z remontem instalacji PPOŻ w naszym budynku. Otrzymana w 2023 roku decyzja MEiN o sfinansowaniu dostosowania budynku Instytutu do aktualnych wymagań ochrony PPOŻ wiąże się z czasowym przeorganizowaniem stanowisk pracy oraz sposobu świadczenia pracy przez pracowników IGF PAN. Planowany remont obejmie okres od marca do końca października bieżącego roku.
Prace rozpoczną się od V piętra – 26.03 – 26.04, następnie kolejno obejmowały będą piętra niższe – piętro IV – 27.04 – 27.05, piętro III – 28.05 – 28.06, piętro II – 29.06. – 29.07, piętro I – 30.07. – 30.08, parter 02.09 – 02.10, piwnica (pomieszczenie ppoż) 06.05. – 30.10. Na czas remontu z użytku zostanie wyłączona również winda od strony ul. Newelskiej, a także klatka schodowa, która będzie oddawana do użytku piętrami wraz z postępem ukończenia planowanych robót.
Opisany wyżej harmonogram prac budowlanych może ulec niewielkim zmianom, o czym będą Państwo na bieżąco informowani przez Dział Administracyjno-Gospodarczy, który organizacyjnie odpowiada za przebieg planowanego remontu.
Czas trwania remontu będzie dla Nas wszystkich czasem trudnym, wymagającym zaakceptowania wielu niedogodności, jednakże jesteśmy pewni, iż wspólnymi siłami uda nam się przez niego przebrnąć bez większych komplikacji.
ENGLISH VERSION
On April 2, work will begin on the renovation of the fire protection installation in our building. The decision of the Ministry of Education and Science, received in 2023, to finance the adaptation of the Institute’s building to the current requirements of fire protection, is associated with the temporary reorganization of workstations and the way of providing work by IG PAS employees. The planned renovation will cover the period from March to the end of October this year.
The work will start from the 5th floor (26.03 – 26.04), then successively will cover the lower floors – the 4th floor (27.04 – 27.05), the 3rd floor (28.05 – 28.06), the 2nd floor (29.06. – 29.07), the 1st floor (30.07. – 30.08), the ground floor (02.09. – 02. 10), basement (fire room, 06.05. – 30.10). For the duration of the renovation, the elevator from Newelska Street will also be out of service, as well as the staircase, which will be put into service by floors as the completion of the planned works progresses.
The construction schedule described above may be subject to minor changes, which you will be kept informed of by the Administration and Management Department, which is organizationally responsible for the progress of the planned renovation.
The duration of the renovation will be a difficult time for all of us, requiring us to accept many inconveniences, but we are confident that together we will be able to get through it without major complications.
